The fourth International Symposium of Critical and Analytical Thinking, first held in 2015, will take place this year on October 18-19, organized by the Academic Perspective Association and graciously hosted by Ibn Haldun University. ISCAT undertakes the mission of integrating critical and analytical thinking—each a distinct method of reasoning—to forge a new and more powerful system of thought.
ISCAT2025 centers on the role of critical and analytical thinking in addressing the complex challenges of the contemporary world. This year's theme, "Culture of Living Together and Universal Peace," aims to investigate the possibilities of coexistence amid diversity and to explore the ethical, political, and cultural foundations of the ideal of universal peace. The symposium provides an interdisciplinary platform for dialogue, moving these fundamental concepts from theoretical analysis to practical solutions, thereby aspiring to make an academic contribution to the cultivation of a culture of living together.
Previous symposia have been observed to respond to the growing societal need for individuals who can think analytically, are open to critique, and can take initiative. As a reflection of this need, there has been a significant increase in academic studies and university courses in the field, with our symposia providing considerable momentum to this development.
In this context, the symposium brings together scientists, academics, experts, bureaucrats, students, local governments, and civil society organizations, creating a common ground for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
All guests who wish to participate in our symposium as audience members are invited. Attendance is entirely free of charge; however, to manage organizational processes such as capacity planning and the preparation of name badges, it is essential to register through the Audience Registration link below. You may secure your place in this significant gathering by completing your registration.
We are honored to invite you to this significant gathering, where critical analytical thinking—which we believe plays a fundamental role in building healthy individuals and a prudent society—will be discussed within a broad framework. We wish you health and well-being.
